mzDeltaDivergence

mzDeltaDivergence detects the condition where price makes a new swing extreme but cumulative delta — the running net of aggressive buying vs selling — disagrees. A bearish divergence forms when price prints a new high while delta is making a lower high: buyers are pushing price up but aggressive buying is actually declining. A bullish divergence is the mirror: new price low, rising delta. The Zigzag indicator defines swing breakpoints. Deviation type (ticks or percent of session range) and threshold determine how significant a swing must be before it registers. Separate min/max ranges for price deviation and delta deviation let you filter noise without losing meaningful signals. Two divergence logic modes give you control over signal frequency. PriceAndDelta requires both conditions to be met — fewer signals, higher conviction. PriceOrDelta fires when either condition holds — useful in trending sessions where pure delta divergences appear before price confirms. The Delta Divergence Signal marks potential entry bars with colored dots on bar close. LONG condition: price makes a new low with a bullish candle body and positive delta. SHORT condition: new high, bearish candle, negative delta.
