Common questions

How are tiers calculated?
At the end of each calendar month, we count your qualified sales and total referred revenue for that month. If you hit a tier threshold, that commission rate applies to all sales within that month — not just the ones after you crossed the threshold.
What happens if I drop below a tier?
Your tier is recalculated each month. If you don't meet Growth or Elite requirements in a given month, you'll earn 15% for that month and return to the tier you qualify for. You can climb back up anytime.
Who can apply?
Content creators with an audience in trading, NinjaTrader, or futures/forex — YouTubers, bloggers, Discord owners, educators, and coaches. We manually review every application and may reject applicants whose channels don't align with our standards.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal once your balance reaches €50. Balances under €50 roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
What if a customer refunds?
If a referred customer requests a refund within the refund period, the corresponding commission is deducted from your next payout. Refunded sales don't count toward tier thresholds either.
Can I use paid advertising?
Paid ads are allowed except for brand keyword bidding — you cannot run ads targeting keywords like "MZpack", "mzFootprint", or our product names. Contact us before launching paid campaigns.
How long does the cookie last?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you get credit for the sale — even if they return via a different channel later.
Do I get a free copy of MZpack?
Elite tier partners (30%) who maintain their status for 3 consecutive months receive a complimentary Full Suite license. Reach out to your affiliate manager once you qualify.
