How the transfer works

5 steps from purchase to activation on your new machine.

Stop using MZpack on your current machine
Avoid license conflicts: uninstall MZpack via Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs if it's still installed.

Purchase the Transfer service
If you own multiple products (e.g. Indicators Package + Strategies), specify which product you want to transfer in the Order Notes field at checkout. For bundle products like Full Suite, all included licenses are transferred together in a single purchase.

Wait for processing
Your transfer is completed within 24 business hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your activations are released.

Install MZpack on your new machine
Download the latest installer from My Account → Downloads and run it on the new computer.

Activate using your existing license key
Open NinjaTrader 8, add an MZpack indicator to a chart, paste your license key in the activation window, and click Activate.

Bundle products & multi-device licenses. One Transfer covers an entire product — including bundles like Full Suite that contain multiple license keys. All activations of the transferred product are released after processing, so you can move any (or all) of them to different machines — useful when migrating both your workstation and VPS at once.

Common questions

Yes — one Transfer purchase per product. If you own multiple products separately (e.g. Indicators Package + Strategies), each transfer requires its own purchase. Bundle products like Full Suite count as one product — a single Transfer covers all license keys included in the bundle.

Then you don't need Transfer — you need Additional Device instead. Transfer releases your current activation; Additional Device adds a new one without releasing existing ones.

Settings, chart templates and workspaces are stored by NinjaTrader, not by MZpack. Back them up before migrating: Control Center → Tools → Backup on the old machine, then restore on the new one.

Most transfers complete within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri). Maximum is 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.

Yes — a VPS counts as a device. Transfer works the same way: purchase the service, wait for processing, install MZpack on the VPS, activate with your existing key.
