Can I add more devices when upgrading?
The number of devices (activation slots) in the upgrade license cannot exceed the number of devices in your current (base) license. If you need more slots, purchase the Additional Devices add-on for the new product separately after the upgrade.
I purchased years ago for NinjaTrader 7. Do I still qualify?
Yes. Lifetime licenses for legacy MZpack 2 (NT7) qualify for a 30% upgrade discount on the equivalent NT8 package. This is treated as a platform migration, not a new purchase.
The discounted price isn't showing on the product page. What now?
First, confirm you're logged into the same account that holds your purchase. If the price still shows full and you're sure the account is correct, open a support ticket with your original order number. We'll usually merge the records and apply the discount within 24 business hours.
I'm on a 6-month or monthly subscription. Can I upgrade?
Subscription plans don't qualify for upgrade pricing — your plan already gets all updates of the version you subscribed to. To unlock upgrade discounts, convert to a lifetime license first; the price difference applies.
What about additional devices on my upgraded license?
Each MZpack package has a separate
Additional Devices SKU — a small upgrade product that adds activation slots to your existing key. You must own the base lifetime license first; we then upgrade your key on the next business day so the new device can be activated.I want to move from MZpack Strategies to the Full Suite. How is the discount calculated?
You already paid for the Strategies (API) side, so the 30% discount applies to the Indicators side of the Full Suite price. You will receive license key for all six indicators for chart research.
